Your First Visit to Our Orthodontic Clinic

When you visit Pure Orthodontics for the first time, our friendly receptionist will greet you in the bright and cheerful front desk area. Our receptionist will check you in for your appointment, answering any questions you may have upon arrival. 

Your first visit will include a thorough exam by one of our skilled specialist orthodontist. We will also take clinical photographs during this first visit. Dr Shell or Dr Goh will go over your x-rays and photographs with you, explaining what they have found and answering any questions. Our orthodontists will then develop a personalised treatment plan for your unique situation. 

With the treatment plan in place, the treatment coordinator will step in. The treatment coordinator will explain the treatment plan in detail, including information on benefits, possible risks and complications, and the financial aspect. If you have questions about payment options or our in-house payment plan, the treatment coordinator will answer them for you, providing you with any financial information you need. The treatment coordinator can also show you the appliance your orthodontist has recommended for your treatment.

You should leave your first appointment with Pure Orthodontics fully prepared to embark on your orthodontic treatment.
